Developed in three floors divided with tipical "Ligurien" marmour steps has a beatiful sea view from Castle to Castle. Caratteristic townhouse recently renovated, very close to all confort that San Terenzo can offer. The entrance takes place on the ground floor in a hallway and through a first flight of stairs leads to the first floor where we find a relax corner with a little desk, a double bedroom with french window sea view and a bathroom with shower. On second floor we find a living room with TV, a double bedroom with window sea view with ensuite bathroom. Finally, on the top floor we find a well-kept eat-in kitchen and a large, furnished terrace overlooking the Gulf of Lerici. The nearst pubblic, payment parking is about 500mt far. In summer there is a free shuttle bus to the main parking and the near villages every 30 minutes. The carecteristic internal stairs are not suitable for little children or people with limited mobility.The price includes:
